Hours:

7:30 am - 10 am: Quiet time at the pool

This time is perfect for a morning workout including swim lessons.

10 am-10 pm: Regular pool hours Monday - Thursday

10 am-11 pm: Regular pool hours Friday - Sunday

The Cedar Lake Estates HOA Swimming Pool is a privately-owned recreation entity, entirely funded by your annual assessment paying members. The CLE HOA Board administers the Pool Rules and Regulations. The pool is maintained by a local Pool Company. Membership Cards and use of the pool is a privilege extended to CLEHOA who are in good standing.

Age Requirements:

Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult over 18

Children 14-17 can be by themselves but CANNOT bring guests with them

18+ can have up to 6 guests* but homeowner MUST be present

Swimming Pool Rules

1. Pool passes for each family member are required. Replacement passes must be purchased for $25.

2. Hours of operation are posted for the season.

3. Infants are required to wear swim diapers in the pools.

4. Food and beverages may be brought to the pool. All trash must be placed in the trash containers provided.

5. NO GLASS of any kind is permitted in the pool enclosure.

6. No animals, other than service animals.

7. No Smoking or chewing gum anywhere in the fenced pool area.

8. Foul or abusive language is not tolerated. This is a family pool.

9. No diving in the pool or flips from the side is allowed.

10. No running, pushing, dunking, rough play, or any type of personal conduct endangering the safety of self and others is allowed.

11. Approved life jackets may be worn in the pool.

12. Any intoxicated individual will be asked to leave the pool area. Failure to do so will result in the notification of the proper authorities.
