Public Rentals
The Cedar Lakes Clubhouse is conveniently located in the middle of Smithville and is a perfect space for parties including birthday, graduation, baby and bridal showers, meetings and family events.
The space measures approximately 500 sq ft and has a small kitchen area with a full-size refrigerator, sink, stove, coffee pots and island.
The general room has a 65 inch smart TV, Wi-Fi and (50) folding chairs, (12) 6ft rectangular tables, and (4) 6ft round tables which are included with the rental. There is also a private bathroom.
Payment is accepted via check or cash and is due on the day of the rental. Cedar Lakes reserves the right to prioritize member rentals unless an agreement has been executed. Pool facilities are not included in the room rental
Rental Rates:.
Non-Member:
- Full Day Monday – Thursday $100
- Full Day Friday – Sunday $200
- Deposits (Refundable) $75 (separate check please)

- Full-Day Monday – Sunday $75
HOA members can reserve the clubhouse by clicking here and selecting their desired date.
HOA members can rent just the 12 tables and 50 chairs for use in their own home.

- $5/table
